Paul is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration. Paul began investing in apartment buildings in the early 1970’s. Prior to joining AptHomes, he was a Project Manager with two aerospace companies working with the development of military aircraft avionics systems and communication satellites. He is responsible for corporate office operations, as well as investor and lender relations and long term planning. Paul serves on the Board of Trustees of Concordia University Irvine. DRE#00400047

Asia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She joined AptHomes, Inc. in 1998 and advanced from the accounting department to Regional Manager, Vice President, President and Principal. Asia serves as a strategic partner to property owners, focused on maximizing asset performance, financial strength, and long-term value. She earned her Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation from IREM® in 2015 and her California real estate broker’s license (#02141413) in 2021.

Terry graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and project management across the financial, residential, and retail industries. He is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Terry has been with AptHomes since 1998 and oversees the company’s IT communications and financial operations.

Tammy started her career in property management as a leasing agent in 1984 and in 2003, she joined AptHomes as a Community Manager and then was promoted to Regional Manager. With over 30 years in the property management industry, Tammy Cyran has extensive experience overseeing large property portfolios. Her expertise includes budgeting, project management, team leadership, and operational oversight. Tammy is known for her proactive approach, strong resident and client relations, and commitment to maintaining well-managed, high-performing communities.

Jessica has been working in property management since 2015. She joined AptHomes in 2025 as a Regional Manager. She has served in key roles such as maintenance department lead and assistant supervisor, gaining valuable experience that has shaped her leadership approach. Her commitment to the industry was nationally recognized in 2023, when she was honored as one of IREM’s 30 Under 30. Jessica joined AptHomes in August 2025 and is excited to bring in her experience and support thriving communities. Jessica looks forward to contributing to the company’s growing success.
